Priority Projects | phase 1
Two Priority Projects have now been completed and these are, The Old Bank at 32 Stuart Street, which has recently been converted to a B&B, and a tenement on the corner of Stuart Street and Churchill Street. Both focused on roof repairs and The Old Bank also benefited from the reinstatement of traditional timber sash and case windows. The high conservation standards of these repairs will ensure the longevity of the elements restored and will protect the buildings for the future. The works, carried out by John Fulton Ltd under the watchful eye of the conservation architects from ZM Architecture, are captured in the photographs below.
